The Internet can be a fun place, but it can be super negative. RELAX and enjoy yourself! People getting into little “web fights” about he/she/it/they/them….Shut up, train hard and enjoy your life. Fitness is supposed to be something that enhances our entire life. If your program isn’t doing that, move on to something that will. I get the occasional comment about something posted here meaning something else..if I am talking about you, or have any problems with you, it will never be unclear!
